Cozy West Lafayette Newborn Lifestyle Newborn Session

When this beautiful mamma reached out about a mini newborn session, it didn't take me long to realize we live in the same neighborhood. Such a fun little coincidence when neighbors become clients.

When I arrived for this little babe's session, dad welcomed me at the door and I got to meet the new big brother. Even in the midst of little boy energy and newborn upheaval, there was such a peacefulness and calm in their home.

I got started on this session and baby boy was perfect. We used swaddles and outfits and the basket from my client closet and I'm not sure the session could have gone any more smoothly.

Newborn sessions are a favorite of mine because of the slow pace of the session, the shadowy details, the layers and textures of the blankets and outfits, all of it.
